Our Promise to You
+ Our tutors are experienced, mature individuals who love the subjects they teach. They have a passion for imparting their skills and knowledge to their students.
+ Our administration staff are friendly, personable and organised. They will always do their best to plan students' lessons around requested days and times, as well as matching their personalities to appropriate tutors.
+ We will endeavour to keep our students and parents informed of any lessons coming up, and or other special events, in a reasonable and timely manner.
Your Promise to Us
+ We understand that your time is important, and that unexpected events may require you to cancel an appointment. Please understand that our tutors’ time is also important. Therefore, please note that any cancellations made less than 12 HOURS before your next appointment will incur a FULL FEE PAYMENT.
+ We do not offer lines of credit. Lessons are to be paid for either on the day, or in the case of a Prepaid package - before the day of the first lesson. If you have special circumstances, please let us know ASAP to organise alternate methods of payment.
+ We welcome your feedback. We are continually striving to improve our services to you, and would love to keep our lines of communication open.
We have been a member of the Australian Tutoring Association (ATA) since 2005. As a member, we are committed to helping students, and the vision of improving tutoring standards across Australia. All of our staff have a Working With Children Check. This is a legal requirement for people who work or volunteer in child-related work. It involves a national criminal history check and a review of findings of workplace misconduct.For more information please see Working With Children Check.
