Our Tutors
All of the tutors at SMCA have been selected based on their academic performance and their ability to encourage a positive learning attitude in their students.
It is a requirement of all tutors, to have performed excellently in the the HSC for the subjects they tutor. All teachers are vetted and have undergone a NSW child-check.
Here are some of the professional teachers and tutors at SMCA.

Walter Walter is the Academic Director at SMCA. He has been teaching for 23years with B Social Sceince (English Minor)/Dip Education. He currently tutors English at all levels & History at all levels. |

Ally Ally has been tutoring at SMCA for much of the past year and is in her 3rd year of her B Arts/B Commerce at USYD. She currently tutors all primary subjects, PDHPE, Legal, Religion, Economics, English & Mathematics. |

Christina Christina is currently studing B Arts(Greek Archaeology) at USYD. She currently tutors French, Modern History, Ancient History and English. |

Emma Emma is currently studying B Arts/B Law at Macquarie University. She currently tutors English, Mathematics, German, Religion and Italian. |

Georgina Georgina has been with us for the past year and is studing B Recource Economics at USYD. She currently tutors Mathematics, Science, Biology, Physics & Chemistry. |

Gerard Gerard has been tutoring at SMCA for 2 years and is currently in the 4th year of his B Engineering/B Science at USYD. He currently tutors Mathematics, Physics & Science. |

Hamish Hamish has been tutoring with us for the past 4 years and is currently in his 3rd year Medicine at USYD and has already completed his B Physics. He currently tutors Physics & Mathematics. |

James James has been tutoring at SMCA for the past 3 years and is doing his honours for B Engineering/B Maths and has already completed MBBS at USYD. He currently tutors Mathematics (upto 1st year uni), Physics (upto 1st year Uni), Chemistry & Biology. |

Lucy Lucy has been tutoring with us throughout the last year and is studying B Arts/B Law at USYD. She currently tutors English, all Primary subjects & Modern History. |

Manouk Manouk is a new tutor at SMCA, he is currently studing B Economics at UNSW. He currently tutors all levels of Mathematics & Economics. |

Mike Mike is a casual teacher at TAFE. He has B Pure Mathematics from USYD and has been teaching for over 50 years. He currently tutors all leves of mathematics (including 1st/2nd year uni). |

Rowan Rowan is currently studing for his PHD in History at USYD and has been tutoring with us for the past 4 years. He currently tutors all levels on English & and all levels of History. |
